Privacy
Privacy should be understandable.
This page is intentionally cautious while Reflect’s technical privacy audit is completed.

What will be explained before launch
The final policy will describe recording, transcription, analysis, storage, deletion, account requirements, third parties, analytics, model-training use, and user controls in plain language.
Claims we are not making yet
Reflect does not currently claim that everything stays on-device, recordings never leave a phone, information is never used for training, all information is encrypted, or the service is completely anonymous. Each claim requires technical verification.
Voice and transcript
Reflect uses the microphone after you start a check-in. Speech recognition transcribes your check-in and shows you the words Reflect is analyzing.
Optional context
You can optionally connect health context such as sleep or heart rate, saved places for location-based patterns, and nearby calendar context that may help explain stressful timing.
A readable data flow
You choose what to share, review the transcript and emotional hypothesis, and confirm or correct the result. Verified retention and deletion details will appear here before launch.
